Flow of “visit type” inspection
①reservation
Reservation request from the reservation button of each store.
※Please contact us by phone for the super express 3-hour plan.
※For groups, please contact us in advance by phone.
②Reservation confirmed
If this reservation is possible, we will send you a reservation confirmation email.
③Visit our store
Please come to the store where you made a reservation. Our staff will guide you.
(Staff who cannot speak English use a translation tool)
④Ingestion of specimen
We will collect a sample (saliva). (It will take about 15 minutes)
⑤Send test results
After receiving the sample (saliva sample), we will send the result email within the time of the plan.
For customers who have purchased a certificate (separately 2,000 yen including tax), a PDF of the certificate will also be attached to the email.
